Mr. Lowe focuses his practice on general civil litigation matters, personal injury litigation, automobile accident litigation, worker’s compensation litigation, employment litigation, insurance litigation, manufactured home litigation, and banking litigation. Mr. Lowe also has extensive experience in domestic relations matters including, divorce and child custody litigation. In addition, Mr. Lowe also maintains an active real estate practice which includes real estate closings and title insurance matters.

Throughout his career, Mr. Lowe has represented numerous individuals and employers in Winston, Marion, Franklin, Lamar, and Walker counties on a variety of litigated matters. Mr. Lowe is also a Registered Mediator with the Alabama Center of Dispute Resolution. For many years Mr. Lowe served as a member of the Manufactured Housing Institute Lawyer’s Committee. Mr. Lowe has also served as general counsel for several manufacturing companies and managed litigation for these entities throughout the Southeastern and Midwestern United States.
