Senior Partner
Mr. Lowe began his legal career in Birmingham, Alabama working for an insurance defense firm. In 1971, Mr. Lowe moved to Haleyville, Alabama where he and Mr. Joe James started the firm James & Lowe. Mr. Lowe continued in his insurance defense practice but also expanded the areas of practice of the firm.
Jeffery Mobley

Jeffery Mobley is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in Birmingham. His areas of practice focus on civil litigation, arbitration, insurance law, personal injury, products liability, legal malpractice, medical malpractice defense, insurance fraud, wrongful death, and class actions.
Jonathan Lowe
Partner
Jonathan Lowe focuses his practice on general civil litigation matters, personal injury litigation, automobile accident litigation, worker’s compensation law, employment litigation, insurance law, manufactured home litigation, banking litigation, domestic relations, divorce, child custody, and more.
Matthew LeDuke
Partner
Matt’s general practice includes employment law, insurance defense, worker’s compensation, family law, property law, and general civil litigation. From the firm’s convenient court square location in Hamilton, AL, Matt represents the firm’s clients in Marion, Winston, Lamar, Fayette, Franklin, and Walker Counties.
